Ranktio and Xound:
From niche to shoulder niches

Xound is an AI voice assistant tool that helps polish, refine, and clean up audio of any type.

Challenges:

We partnered with Xound with one goal in mind: to help diversify their website authority across plenty of pages instead of just the homepage. With big competitors like Adobe, Elevenlabs, LALAL, Auphonic, etc., we needed to engage in detailed keyword research for a new money page. Using the KOB, we were able to develop a strategy for a BoFu keyword to anchor the money page. We also created a link-building strategy to increase the authority and the outreach nuances to make everything work.

We monitored the industry and identified a shoulder niche that can increase the relevance of the new page without sacrificing authority. As a brand in the voice cleaning niche, we targeted the music industry; specifically, we were able to generate 12 backlinks from “AI music generator” websites.

This signalled to Google that the new money page is indeed an AI voice cleaning app that needs to be ranked. This collaboration led to a series of successes on the money page and increased traffic from 3k to 10k+ (and increasing).
